Microgreens are new to a lot of people. They were new to me relatively recently as well! Something I hear at nearly every farmer's market is "So do you just put this on salads?" I mean, sure you can put them on salads if you'd like, but that's only the tip of the iceberg! Truth be told, I rarely eat microgreens on salad. You're much more likely to see me eating them on something like this. 😉
